These wines embody the essence of their terroirs — from renowned wine regions to lesser-known areas with untapped potential — as each bottle tells the story of passionate young winemakers, whether they are continuing a family legacy or forging a new path.

We have sought out the hidden gems from lesser-known labels, selected to make food and wine pairing an experience of exploration and discovery, personally guided by our sommelier, Juri Cossa.
With around a hundred carefully chosen wines, our list reaffirms Friuli-Venezia Giulia’s role as a true “land of borders” — a crossroads of cultures, climates, and winemaking traditions.
