This page describes the purposes for which we process your personal data on our website, along with the legal bases that make such processing lawful. Please note that a personal data is any information that refers to you.
The data controller is Hotel Là di Moret S.r.l., with registered office at 33100 Udine, Viale Tricesimo no. 276 (Tax Code and VAT no. 01199460302). For more information about data processing, you can write to the following email address: privacy@ladimoret.it.
Providing the information requested for the purposes listed in section 3 letters a) and b) is mandatory. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible to book a table at our restaurant or navigate the website.
Providing special category data as per section 3 letter a) is optional: you may choose whether or not to inform us of any allergies or intolerances; if not provided, we will not be able to offer a better service. Providing the information requested under section 3 letter c) is also optional. You are free to send your CV or not, but in the absence of it, we will not be able to evaluate your application for a position in our company.
Data collected for online bookings will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, no longer than required by specific legal obligations.
Your CV will be retained for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted.
Personal data will be processed by authorized personnel, properly trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller.

European data protection law (“GDPR”) grants you several rights to control your data. To exercise your rights, you can write to privacy@ladimoret.it.
We are required to respond within 30 days of receiving your request and will strive to reply as quickly as possible!
Right of access: you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, gain access and receive a copy of it using commonly used electronic formats. We will provide you with a report including personal and contact details and any requests received via contact form or email.
Right to rectification: you have the right to have your data updated, completed or corrected. If you believe your data is incorrect or outdated, feel free to contact us – we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Right to data portability: you may request the portability of your data processed on the basis of contract performance or your consent.
Right to erasure: you have the right to request the deletion of your data. We aim to give you full control of your data. In some cases, you may request deletion directly, and we will act as soon as possible. However, not all data can be deleted on request, as some may be needed for legal obligations or are still in use.
Right to restriction and objection: You have the right to request restriction or object, in whole or in part, to the processing of your personal data, including for marketing purposes. When requesting restriction, we must suspend any further data processing for a set period. When you object, you can unilaterally opt out of a specific type of data processing, such as disabling analytical cookies.
If you believe that any of our processing activities may violate the law or your rights have not been protected, you can file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in your country of residence, work, or where the alleged violation occurred. In Italy, you may contact the Garante Privacy Authority.
